Required to secure your appointment. This will be credited toward your total on your appointment day.
You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty, and your deposit will transfer to the new date.
Requests made less than 24 hours before, or on the day of, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a fee of 100% of the remaining service balance will be charged automatically.
We operate on a strict, back-to-back schedule. If you are running late, please text or call immediately.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation, and your deposit will be treated as a late cancellation fee.
We cannot shorten service times, as it compromises the quality and safety of chemical processing (like laminations).
Because of the custom nature of cosmetic services and the premium products utilized, all services and packages are non-refundable.
If you notice an issue (e.g., a lamination curl dropping prematurely), contact the studio within 48 hours. If it is deemed a technical issue, we will gladly book a complimentary adjustment within 7 days of your original service.
