E-transfers are no longer accepted. All balances must be settled by cash or card immediately following your service.

$20 Non-Refundable Deposit

A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be credited toward your total on the appointment day.

24-Hour Notice

You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty. Your deposit will transfer to the new date.

Late or Same-Day Cancellations

Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or on the same day, result in forfeiture of the deposit. A fee equal to 100% of the remaining service balance will also be charged automatically.

10-Minute Grace Period

The studio operates on a strict, back-to-back schedule. Please text or call immediately if you are running late.

Automatic Cancellation

Arriving more than 10 minutes late results in automatic cancellation, and the deposit will be treated as a late-cancellation fee.

Service times cannot be shortened because doing so can compromise the quality and safety of chemical processing, including brow laminations.

Strictly No Refunds

Because cosmetic services are customized and use premium products, all services and packages are non-refundable.

48-Hour Fix Window

If you notice a possible technical issue, such as a lamination curl dropping prematurely, contact the studio within 48 hours. When confirmed as a technical issue, a complimentary adjustment can be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment.
